Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

1. Who we are

Giosena LLC (“Giosena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, and operates giosena.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information in connection with our website, inquiries, bookings, resources, digital-product purchases, document-writing services, and implementation services.

For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@giosena.com.

Where we process information on behalf of a client under a separate service agreement, that processing may also be governed by the agreement and any applicable data-processing terms.

2. Information we collect

Inquiries and correspondence

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company, role, service interests, message, and related correspondence.

Appointment bookings

When you book through zcal, we receive information needed to arrange and conduct your appointment, such as your name, email address, selected time, and booking responses.

zcal also processes information under its own privacy notice.

Resource requests and marketing preferences

When you request a resource or subscribe to emails, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, request responses, and subscription preferences.

Purchases

When you purchase a digital product or service, we collect information needed to manage the transaction, such as your name, email address, billing details, order information, payment status, and support correspondence.

Stripe processes payments. We do not store full payment-card numbers in our own systems.

Service and project information

For document-writing and implementation services, we may receive documents, business information, project requirements, feedback, and information or access needed to perform the agreed work.

Provide only information that is necessary for the project and that you are authorized to share. Do not send sensitive information or credentials through general website forms.

Technical and usage information

Our hosting and website systems may record IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, and security logs.

Cookies and similar technologies may collect visitor and usage information as described below.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you.

  • Arrange and conduct appointments.

  • Deliver requested resources and digital products.

  • Perform document-writing and implementation services.

  • Process payments and maintain transaction records.

  • Provide support and manage business relationships.

  • Send permitted marketing communications.

  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure our systems.

  • Prevent fraud and misuse.

  • Comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

Where tracking or analytics is enabled, we may also use information to understand website activity and improve our website and communications, subject to applicable consent requirements.

4. Marketing emails

Sending an inquiry, booking a call, or purchasing a product or service does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where a form offers a marketing subscription alongside a free resource, it will describe the communications offered and request any consent required by applicable law. Acceptance of this Privacy Policy alone does not constitute marketing consent.

You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting hello@giosena.com. We honor marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days or sooner where required by law.

We may still send necessary transactional or service messages, such as receipts, download instructions, project communications, and requested support responses.

5. Systems and service providers

We use WordPress to operate the website, WooCommerce to manage purchases, and Mautic for contact management and email-related activity.

We also use providers for website hosting, email, scheduling, and payment processing, including zcal and Stripe.

We disclose relevant information to providers as needed to operate our business and deliver the products or services you request. Their access and responsibilities depend on the services they provide.

Some providers also process information for their own purposes, such as fraud prevention or legal compliance, under their own privacy notices.

6. Other disclosures

We do not sell personal information.

We may also disclose information:

  • At your direction or with your consent.

  • To professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

  • To comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful requests.

  • To protect rights, property, security, or safety.

  • To investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, subject to applicable legal protections.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, shopping-cart operation, and checkout.

Mautic may use cookies and tracking technologies to recognize returning visitors and associate website activity with a known contact.

Where applicable law requires consent for nonessential cookies or tracking, we request that consent before activating those technologies.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser and use any cookie-preference controls provided on the website. Blocking essential cookies may affect website functionality.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not automatically remove cookies stored in your browser.

If we introduce Google Analytics or another analytics provider, we will update this policy and implement applicable consent and choice mechanisms before activating it.

8. How long we retain information

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Retention depends on the nature of the information, the status of our relationship with you, project and support needs, legal and accounting obligations, security requirements, and the need to resolve disputes.

We periodically review information and delete or de-identify it when no longer needed.

We may retain limited records to honor marketing opt-outs, demonstrate compliance, or meet legal obligations. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until those backups are overwritten through the normal retention cycle.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You may contact hello@giosena.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing communications.

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our processing, you may also have rights to:

  • Receive a portable copy of your information.

  • Withdraw consent.

  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

  • Opt out of certain uses or disclosures.

  • Appeal a denied privacy request.

  • Complain to an appropriate privacy regulator.

We assess requests under applicable law and may verify your identity before responding. We respond within the applicable legal timeframe.

Some information may be retained where legally permitted or required.

If we deny a request, you may contact the same email address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. Where an appeal right applies, we will review the decision and explain further available remedies.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying universal opt-out signal, we will honor it for the processing covered by that law.

10. International processing

Giosena operates in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the required safeguards. Using our website does not waive your statutory privacy rights.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

The website is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children under 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hello@giosena.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Third-party websites and services

Our website may link to third-party websites or services, including zcal, LinkedIn, and the AI Opportunity Finder.

Those services have their own privacy notices. This policy describes Giosena’s practices, not every practice of third parties. Review their notices when using their services.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and change the effective date.

We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law. An update does not authorize retroactive uses of information that require additional consent.
