Wen Giwa-Osagie is a product leader and systems architect with more than 17 years of experience across fintech, mortgage technology, e-commerce and SaaS. She founded Giosena to do what she has done throughout her career: identify what is really holding a business back and engineer solutions that last.

Her strength is connecting business judgment with technical execution. As a product leader, she identifies the real constraint and determines what is worth solving first. As a systems architect, she designs how the solution should work: where technology belongs, what should remain with people, and how the system should be tested. This keeps the business problem and the technical solution connected from the first conversation through implementation.
