Business Transformation

Business Transformation

Redesign how the business runs, and make it hold.

For organizations whose operations have not kept pace with their growth. We find the constraint, prove what it costs, redesign the work, build what the design calls for, and hand it to your team.

The Giosena Method™

Five phases, always in this order. We don't prescribe before we've diagnosed, and we don't build before we've designed.

  1. Discover

    Answers

    Where is performance constrained?

    Includes

Interviews with leadership and frontline teams, observation of live work, workflow mapping, a review of your data and systems.

    You receive

A prioritized inventory of constraints and a leadership readout.

  2. Diagnose

    Answers

Why, and what is it costing?

    Includes

Root-cause analysis, dependency mapping, cost-of-constraint modeling, risk assessment.

    You receive

A fundable business case and a ranked intervention plan.

  3. Design

    Answers

    How should the business operate?

    Includes

Future-state workflows, decision rights, governance, systems integration design, KPIs tied to the business case.

    You receive

    An engineering-ready blueprint.

  4. Engineer

    Answers

How do we build it so it holds?

    Includes

Build and configuration, updated procedures, integration, team training, testing, go-live.

    You receive

A commissioned operating model, a trained team and a recorded performance baseline.

  5. Optimize

    Answers

Does it hold in live operation?

    Includes

One month of hands-on stabilization and refinement within scope.

    You receive

A monitoring playbook, a handover report and full ownership.

You can start at any of the first four phases, as long as the work before it has been done. We won't build against an incomplete design, or design against an undiagnosed problem.

The method in practice

In a recent mortgage lending engagement:

  1. Discover

traced how calls, forms and purchased leads actually moved through the office.

  2. Diagnose

found the root cause: follow-up depended on memory, not a shared system.

  3. Design

defined eight connected workflows and drew a clear line between what automation handles, what AI recommends and what people decide.

  4. Engineer

built, tested and documented the system for an April 2026 launch.

  5. Optimize

kept it hands-on in live operation until it held up in daily work.

What you receive

  • A clear, costed picture of where performance is constrained and why
  • A business case your leadership or board can approve
  • A redesigned operating model, with every decision path and handoff made explicit
  • Systems built where the design calls for them, including automation and AI where they earn their place
  • Updated procedures and documentation
  • A trained team ready to run it
  • A recorded baseline to measure results against

The architecture is fully documented, so the system doesn't depend on any one person to understand it, and it can be maintained or extended without guessing.

What we need from you

  • An executive sponsor who owns the outcome and makes final decisions

  • Access to the people who do the work, and to your data and systems

  • Sign-off on the business case and the blueprint before we move on

  • Named owners to be trained and to take over at handover

One month in live operation. Then it's yours.

Every engagement includes one month of Optimize after go-live: hands-on stabilization, refinement within the agreed scope, and handover to your trained team. You own the systems and documentation we deliver.

There is no default retainer. When you later want to change or extend what we built, we scope it by its size and risk, and give it the testing and handover it needs.

Find the constraint before you fund the fix.

In a 15-minute scoping call, we'll talk through what is slowing the operation down and whether a transformation engagement is the right next step.
