Base pricing covers one department and up to 15 participants. It includes discovery, preparation, a four-hour workshop, reusable deliverables, 1 round of revisions, and a 30-day adoption review call.
Team Size Flexibility & Overflow Pricing:
Up to 5 additional team members (seats 16–20) can be added at $350/head for Virtual engagements or $500/head for Local In-Person engagements. Groups exceeding 20 participants require a separate engagement scope.
Applicable travel expenses and travel-time charges for non-local in-person workshops are quoted separately and approved before booking.

Department Discovery
A 60-minute session with your department lead and up to two additional stakeholders to understand your priorities, current AI usage, approved tools, and work challenges.
A short participant questionnaire helps tailor the learning experience.
Tailored Business Exercises
Giosena reviews up to three sanitized work examples supplied by your team and develops two practical exercises around your department's actual work.
The engagement focuses on one primary AI platform approved by your organization.
Four-Hour Hands-On Workshop
Live, interactive instruction that helps participants:
- Identify appropriate opportunities for AI assistance.
- Give AI clear instructions, context, constraints, and output requirements.
- Apply techniques to department-relevant tasks.
- Review outputs for accuracy, completeness, and usefulness.
- Protect confidential information and maintain human accountability.
- Develop repeatable, human-reviewed ways of working.
Built for every experience level: Designed for mixed-ability teams. Newer participants receive guided practice and structured prompts, while experienced users work through more challenging exercise variations to refine outputs further.
The four-hour session includes two short breaks.
Department Playbook
A quality-checked digital reference containing:
- The two tailored exercises and associated prompt templates.
- Five additional reusable prompt patterns.
- Two pilot workflow outlines.
- Responsible-use reminders aligned with your organization's stated requirements.
The workflow outlines document recommended steps for employees to use AI in completing selected tasks. They do not include automated execution, software development, or system integrations.

A practical checklist to help employees evaluate AI-assisted work before using or sharing it.
Thirty-Day Adoption Plan & Tracking Template
A practical plan and tracking template your department uses to test the two pilot workflows, assign owners, and monitor usage, review effort, task completion time, and output quality. Giosena provides the plan and measurement framework while your leadership maintains direct internal ownership over daily execution.
30-Day Adoption Review Call
A 30-minute virtual session scheduled 30 days post-workshop with the department lead to review initial tracking metrics, evaluate team adoption progress, answer emerging questions, and discuss next-stage workflow enhancements.
In-Person Delivery and Travel
The $10,000 local rate applies only after Giosena confirms the workshop address in writing. Do not assume that every location in New York or New Jersey qualifies for local delivery.

Locations outside the confirmed local service area require a separate travel quote. Transportation, lodging, and any applicable travel-time fee are disclosed for approval before booking.
What Your Organization Provides
Your organization supplies:
- A department sponsor and a single coordination contact.
- Up to three sanitized work examples at least seven business days before the workshop.
- Confirmation of approved AI tools and applicable data-use restrictions.
- Working AI accounts, required licenses, and permission to use the selected tools.
- Participant laptops and reliable internet access.
- For in-person delivery: A suitable training space and presentation equipment.
A Defined Engagement. Practical Outcomes.
Your team leaves with practical instruction, experience applying AI to relevant tasks, reusable working materials, and a structured framework for continued use.
- Coverage
- The engagement covers one department, up to 15 base participants (expandable up to 20), one primary approved AI platform, and the sessions and materials listed above.
- Delivery & Revisions
- Final digital materials are delivered within five business days after the workshop. Deliverables include one round of minor client revisions, submitted within five business days of initial handoff. The engagement concludes following the completion of the included 30-day Adoption Review Call.
- Not included
- Follow-up sessions beyond the included 30-day adoption review call, additional revision rounds beyond the single included window, ongoing daily coaching, and hands-on adoption management are not included. Groups larger than 20 participants, additional departments, custom development, or extra sessions require a separate scope and fee.
- Separately scoped
- Production automation, integrations, custom AI development, formal readiness audits, and policy development are separately scoped under GIOSENA's Business Transformation services.
- Results
- Specific productivity gains are not guaranteed. Results depend on the tasks selected, participant adoption, and your organization's execution.
Payment and Booking
- 50% Deposit
A 50% payment reserves your engagement. The remaining balance (including any additional overflow participant fees) is due five business days before the workshop.
- Fixed Base Rate
Pricing is fixed for the defined engagement scope. Fewer than 15 participants does not reduce the base fee.
- Service Agreement
Cancellation, rescheduling, payment, and client-preparation requirements are set out in the service agreement provided before booking.
